Our engagement process:
- Initial conversation to understand the need
- Establish the terms or reference [TOR] for the project including key milestones and the associated fee arrangement. The TOR will typically include an understanding phase, a solution development phase, a solution deployment/implementation phase, and a project close-out phase.
- Develop, agree, and implement the project plan.
- Review progress monthly and invoice for work completed in terms of the agreed TOR.
- Project review and close out.
